I read everything, and I reply to most things.
What is worth writing about
- Work that sits between engineering, data and governance, rather than cleanly inside one of them. Experience has the detail, and LinkedIn has the full history.
- Conversations about moving machine learning or generative AI work from experiment into governed production, platform operating models, and where a platform's responsibility should end.
- Speaking or teaching, where the audience is practitioners doing the work rather than a keynote crowd.
- Questions and disagreements about anything I have written here. The frameworks all state what they do not handle, and I would rather hear where they break.
- Comparing notes with people working on the same problems inside their own organisations. That last one is always welcome.
If you are not sure which of those it is, write anyway and say what you are trying to get past.
