A short note on what this site is and what it is not.

On my employer

I write about enterprise technology, governance and platforms, and I do that work inside a regulated organisation. Nothing here discloses confidential employer information.

Specifically: no internal architecture, no system or programme names, no internal documents or screenshots, no proprietary metrics, no customer information, no named colleagues, and nothing about unannounced plans, vendor arrangements or commercial terms.

Where I describe work I have done, it is generalised to the point where the lesson survives and the specifics do not. If a detail would only be interesting because it is internal, it is not here.

On frameworks and models

The frameworks published here are my own practical working models. They are not methodologies, they are not academically validated, they are not certified by anything, and each one includes a section on what it does not handle. Use them as thinking tools and check them against your own situation.

On books

Listing a book means it changed how I work. It does not imply endorsement of the author or the argument, and it does not make me an expert in the subject.

On the course page

The courses page describes something I am developing. It is not available, there is nothing to buy, and the page states where it has actually got to. If that changes, the page will change.

On accuracy
