Reusable ways of thinking about problems I keep meeting: getting work into production, making governance navigable, deciding what a platform should be responsible for, and choosing under real constraint.

These are practical working models developed from professional experience. They are not methodologies, they are not academically validated, and none of them is certified by anything. Each one includes a section on what it does not handle, because a model without stated limits is a sales pitch.

Examples are generalised and contain no confidential information.
